Walkley, Patricia S. (nee Sullivan), predeceased by her husbands Robert Puthoff and Frederick Walkley, her son Brian Puthoff and step-son Douglas Walkley, loving mother of Julie Minor, dear grandmother of Caitlin Minor, survived by her step-daughter Suzanne Rea. She was Gran'ma Pat to Chris, David, Caroline, Michael, Marco, Rob, Lyndie, James, Christopher and numerous great-grandchildren. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
