Phyllis A. White

Phyllis Ann (nee Van Frank) White, was born on February 27, 1936 to Phillip Albert and Flora Alice Van Frank, Cincinnati, Ohio. She passed away peacefully at home on October 30, 2024 surrounded by family. Phyllis was married to Ivan F. White for 70 loving years. Together they reared two daughters, Debbie (the late Frank) Henson and Shellie (Kevin) Witschger. Phyllis began her professional career as a secretary advancing to bookkeeping/auditing in the field of banking. She thoroughly reveled in playing a friendly game of golf and especially appreciated golf's competitive nature. Phyllis and Ivan made their home in Cincinnati yet enjoyed a second home in Ft. Pierce, Florida where many fishing excursions, neighborhood gatherings, and golf matches took place for more than thirty years. She leaves to cherish memories three grandchildren, Jonathan (Alicia) Henson, Joseph (Kendall) Henson, Samantha (Bill) Witschger, five great grandchildren, Henry Henson, Ruby Henson, Rose Henson, Nolan Witschger and Ramsey Witschger. A Mass of Christian burial will be at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (7820 Beechmont Avenue, Cincinnati) at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 with visitation for one hour prior to the service. Following Mass, lunch will be served at Immaculate Heart of Mary's Heritage Hall. Memorial contributions may be made to Angels For Life's Activity Fund.
