Ricky Gabbard, age 63 of East End died July 14, 2021. He was the devoted son of the late Golden and Lillie Hubbard Gabbard, loving brother of Clara Million and the late Earsley Herron, Mary Gabbard, Arlie Herron Tweed, Martha Wilder, Oma Robinson Williams, Ruby Davis Edwards, Geraldine Oaks, Don Gabbard, and Ben Gabbard. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at Baltimore Pike Cemetery on Monday, July 26th at 1 pm.
