Robert Layton

Layton, Robert D. \"Bob\", devoted son of the late Ralph and Hermina Hoertel Layton, loving father of Douglas (Crystal) and Jeffrey (Lauren) Layton, proud grandfather of Alexis Layton, dear brother of Ralph and Jim Layton. Also survived by the mother of his children, Peggy Layton. Graduate of Portsmouth High School & Ohio University. Bob was a 30 year employee of the Ohio Dept. of Health and served his country in the Air Force. He was a great man and an even better father who will be sorely missed. Died February 5, 2014. Age 67 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Funeral services will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10 am. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 9 to 10 am.
