Luttmer, devoted mother of Joan (John) Sparks, Anne (Robert) Thiel, Francis (Jose Gomez) Luttmer, Cece (Bill) Dykas, Tom (Billie) Luttmer, Beth (Mike) Petty, Bill (Lori) Luttmer and Claire (Frank) LaTorraca, sister of Joan Harmeier, dear grandmother of Kelly, Sara, Terence, Nina, Haylie, Claire, Peter, Austin, Sam, Nick, Eva, Lauren, Stoney, CeCe, Bella, St. Cyr, Adriana, Sophia, Carter, Claudia, Billy and Monica and great-grandmother to Thomas. Ruth died on October 10, 2018 with family at her side. The Mass of Christian Burial at Guardian Angels Church, Mt. Washington on Saturday October 20th at 11 A.M.
