Sarah Ann "Lucy" Couch passed away at home on Thursday, September 26th, 2024, at the age of 61.
Lucy is survived by her sister and guardian, Thelma Dressler (nee Couch). She is preceded in death by her mother, Talitha Couch, and father, Gene Couch. Lucy had many loving and supporting family members to help ensure she was cared for including her Brother-In-Law Jim Dressler and Cousin Mark (Pearl) Couch. Loving Aunt to Kenneth (Nicole) Dressler and Matthew (Jennifer) Dressler. Loving Great-Aunt to William, Thomas, and Henry Dressler.
Lucy was born on March 15th, 1963, in Cincinnati, Ohio to Talitha and Gene Couch. She attended Margaret B. Rost School, Franks Adult Center, and Active Day where she enjoyed working, doing puzzles, bowling with classmates, coloring, and interacting with her many friends.
Lucy was known for her love of music, especially Wayne Newton, Elvis Presley, and Kenny Rogers. You could often find her singing along to some of her favorites while sorting through her large volume of CDs. She enjoyed collecting pop tabs and lovingly donated her decades' long collection to the Ronald McDonald House in Cincinnati.
There is a visitation and remembrance of life scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 from 5pm-8pm at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home in Mt. Washington at 2050 Beechmont Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Lucy's life. The family would like to thank everyone who helped care for Lucy throughout her long and fulfilling life.
