(Jeff) Turner, dear grandmother of Benjamin (Jennifer) Turner, Tracy (Joshua) DeSpain, Emily Cagle, Robby (Savannah) Cagle, and Nick Cagle, devoted great-grandmother of 3, also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
