Sr. Christine Leuck Csj

Leuck, Sr. Christine (Josephine), CSJ, beloved member of the Congregation of St. Joseph, entered into eternal life July 6, 2016 at 94 years of age. A native of Indiana, she was the loving daughter of the late Nicholas and Emma Broe Leuck and beloved sister of nine deceased brothers and six sisters, including her twin sister Geraldine. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She spent many years of ministry in education in local Catholic elementary schools on the Eastside and as an art teacher at McNicholas High School. Sr. Christine was also engaged in a variety of pastoral ministries, including religious education in rural Brown County, Mercy/St. Theresa in Mariemont and Mt. Notre Dame Health Center, where she retired in 2008. Mass of Christian Burial at the Convent Chapel at Mt. Notre Dame Health Center, 699 E. Columbia Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45215 on Tues. July 12 at 11 AM. Visitation at the Chapel on Tues. from 10-11 A.M. Interment will be in Guardian Angels Cemetery, Anderson Twp. Memorials may be made to the Congregation of St. Joseph, 3430 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44111-2997.
