Tom met his wife Sheila at the age of 16. They married two months after their high school graduation and welcomed their first child, Mike a year later. Then came along Kevin, Peggy and Julie. Tom worked as the Data Processing Director for over 30 years at St. Anthony Messenger.
Tom loved to design and build furniture, decks and most of all his incredible basement remodels. His children and grandchildren were blessed to work with him and learn his amazing carpentry skills.
Tom could always be found behind his cameras and video recorders at all family gatherings. He captured all of his family’s beautiful memories and kept them all organized for lots of family viewing.
Tom loved traveling the world with his family and friends. His love of cruising took him and Sheila on 24 cruises. The most famous cruise was with all of his family to celebrate his and Sheila’s 50th wedding anniversary.
Tom’s second love was Cincinnati Sports. He was a season ticket holder with his family to Cincinnati Bearcats Football. He watched and enjoyed all things UC. He also was an avid fan of the Bengals, Reds and Cincinnati FCC.
There is a huge void in our hearts with his passing, but Tom taught his family the importance of loving and caring for each which will help us all move forward together.
