Thomas F. Roat "MVP", age 92 of Anderson Twp., died in the comfort of his home in the presence of his loving family on November 3rd, 2018. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy M. Roat (nee Wentworth), devoted father of Nancy (Pete) Laber, Terrie Zellner, Mary Lou (Ken) Witherby, Pam (Larry) Bush, and the late Sharon Roat, loving grandfather of Crystal, Tami, and Cassie Nash, Tiffany (Emmanuel) Matthews, Ian (Tara) and Elena Zellner, Brian and Kara Witherby, Tedra Bush, Katie Bush-Glenn, and Christopher (Courtney) Bush, Cherished great-grandfather of Ashley, Ryan, Jonny, Gage, Cayden, Jace, Nash, Sylvia, Nyle, Clara, and Drew, caring great great-grandfather of Kynlie, Talyn, Brooklyn, Sawyer, Adrian, and Anna, and dear brother of Betty Schalk, Pat Sunday, Sue Rottmueller, and the late Winnie Sullivan. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jerome Church, 131 Rohde St., California, on Thursday, November 15th at 11 am. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Wednesday, November 14th from 5 to 8 pm. If desired, Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
