Fisher, Virginia (Ginny) died July 21, 2017, beloved wife of Norbert J.Fisher for 64 years, devoted mother of Steve Fisher and Stephanie Heaton, grandmother of Brian Fisher, Stacy Hogan, Matt and Kelsey Borshers and James Heaton.
