Died, January 10, 2014. Age 66 years. Residence Union Twp. Funeral services will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Tuesday, January 14 at 10 am. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 5 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati or the American Cancer Society.
