Whitney Thomas

Whitney Moore Thomas, age 36 of Cincinnati, departed this life on November 25, 2022. She was the devoted mother of Lawson Thomas, beloved daughter of Susan (Crews) Moore and the late Kenneth Moore Jr, cherished sister of Lauren (Josh) Wilson and Justin (Ruth) Moore. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Whitney graduated from Anderson High School and Miami University. She was vibrant, playful and generous, a loyal friend, a talented athlete and a patient teacher and coach. She found refreshment at the beach and captured joy in her photographs. She adored her son Lawson, her husky Beckley and her collection of comfortable hoodies.

Whitney will be remembered at a graveside service on Friday, December 2 at 1pm at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 11000 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati OH 45249. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
