William G. Cotton Jr. Gordon, 81, died March 1, 2021 after a brief illness. Born in Louisville, KY, he attended the University of Louisville and Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Gordon was President of Three & Associates, a corporate communications and graphic design firm, which he owned for over 40 years, but his true passion came in retirement working for LADD helping adults with disabilities live and connect in the community. He is preceded in death by his parents William G. Cotton Sr., Flora Mae Cotton (nee Goss) and his daughter Elizabeth B. Cotton; he is survived by his wife Cynthia J. Cotton (nee Jones); children, William G. Cotton III, Richard Cotton and Brooke Schultz (nee Cotton); sister, Margaret Ann Ehret (nee Cotton); grandchildren, William G. Cotton IV, Nicholas Cotton, Austin Cotton, Avery Cotton, Alex Schultz, Molly Schultz and Brody Schultz; great-grandson, William G. Cotton V.
