William J. Waters Jr., beloved husband of Jane Waters (nee Catauro), beloved father of Kimberley (Albert) Tudor, Jeffrey (Cheryl) Hamilton, William J. Waters III, Michele (Dan) Schweiger, Kirk (Alana) Waters, and Douglas (Tracy) Waters, dear brother of Joseph Waters, Joann Koester, and Martha Knecht, also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Died Jan. 21, 2021 at age 80. Residence Union Twp. A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held at a later date.
