William Roy

Roy, William Denvil, beloved husband of the late Margie M. (nee Hamlin); devoted father of Cathy Johnson; loving Papa of Sarah (Danny) Celenza and his great-grandchildren Ruby and Jasper; preceded in death by his parents and all of his siblings; April 30, 2016; Age 82. Bill was a faithful servant to God, country, family and friends. He could fix anything. He was a steward and caretaker. He loved life with his family, even in poor health, and enjoyed going to ball games regularly. Ultimately, he missed the love of his life and his independence. He was grateful to finally be called to his Heavenly Home. Visitation will be held at SonRise Church, 8136 Wooster Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45227 on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 from 5-7pm with a Masonic service at 7pm and the funeral service to follow. Bill wished that memorial donations be made in lieu of flowers to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3229 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45229-3095 or online at www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org .
