William Seibert

William "Bill" Franklin Seibert, was called home to Jesus, May 3, 2024 at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband of Diana Seibert (nee Turner), devoted father of Matthew Ray (Amanda) Turner, Scott (Jodee) Seibert, Heather (John) Quast, Amberley (Ned) Jackson, and Ryan (Shari) Seibert. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Jean Seibert and his sisters Carol Seibert and Janice Rossow and his cousin who he thought of more as a sister, Sally Walters and her husband Bobby, and his cherished caninie companion, Tasha.

Bill was an avid golfer and was a member of the 1959 Wildcat Golf Team that went to the state tournament. He was also a former volunteer firefighter witht he Wilder Fire Department and was on scene for the trajic Beverly Hills Supper Club fire. Bill was also a big fan of the Cincinnati Reds and a long-time ticketholder. He was on the board of St. John's United Church of Christ and was an active member of the Newport Rotary Club, Newport Business Association, Highland Country Club, and the National Office Machine Dealers Association. Bill enjoyed driving around in his Corvette and was a member of the Fort Thomas Corvette Club. He had a real passion for cars, something that he shared with Matthew and enjoyed talking about with him. But most importantly, Bill was the most loving husband to Diana and he told her how much he loved her everyday.

Funeral service will be held St. John's United Church of Christ, 415 Park Place, Newport, KY 41071, on Friday, May 10th at 11 am. Friends may visit at the church on Friday from 9 to 11 am. If desired, memorials may be directed to the animal shelter or rescue of choice.
