Van Fossen, Hazel R. (nee Benedict) beloved wife of the late John A. Van Fossen, devoted mother of Cheryl (Anthony) Cole, John (Judy) Van Fossen, Jeannette Porter, Barbara (Avery) Melson, and the late Gary and Tracey Van Fossen, dear sister of the late Clyde and Harold Benedict, loving grandmother of 8, great-grandmother of 13, and great great-grandmother of 2. Died July 12, 2016. Age 86 years. Residence Anderson Twp. Funeral services will be held at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Saturday, July 16 at 12 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm.
