Oct. 20, 2016. Age 43 years. Formerly of Anderson Twp. Service at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Mon. Oct. 24, at 11 AM. Friends may visit on Mon. from 10-11 AM.
