Volz, Albert G., age 96 of Anderson Twp, died February 10, 2017. He was the Beloved husband of 69 years to Betty Arnult Volz, Devoted father of Ron Volz, Tom (Patty) Volz, Linda (Ted) Alford, Bob Volz, Patty (Mike Storch) Bell, David Volz, Carolyn Hall, and Joe Volz. loving grandfather of Veronica and Sophia Volz, Shannon (Dan) Preece, Tom Volz Jr., Bryan Bohanon, Leila (Mike Martin) Vecchi, Chris Alford, Evan Volz, Jason Hasselbrock, Christina Bell, C.J. Bell, Amy Moore, Sarah Moore, Justin Volz, and Travis Volz, Gregory Hall, Dyllon Hall , caring great-grandfather of Derrick, Tyler, Nolan, Abby, Noah, Mason, Thomas J., Hayden, Bree, Nora, Emily, Elli, James, Justin, Jason Jr., Collin, Samantha, Masie, Lani, Legh, Lexi, Chloe, Carson, Carissa, Gregory Jr., Cheylinn, Kinley, and the late Nina Volz, special great great-grandfather of Carson and Bella, and dear brother of the late Sylvia Smith and Joel Volz. Proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 7770 Beechmont Ave. Anderson Twp, on Thursday, Feb. 16th at 10:30 am where friends may visit from 9:30 am until time of Mass. If desired, memorials may be directed to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in honor of his son Tom.
