Mar. 16, 2017. Age 54 years. Graveside Service at Evergreen Cemetery, Miamiville, on Tues. Mar. 21, at 1 PM. Friends may visit at T P WHITE & SONS Funeral Home 2050 Beechmont Ave. Mt. Washington on Tues. from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
