Phelps, devoted mother of Marty Phelps and Ande (Ben) O'Neal, dear sister of William Snow, Sue Ostholthoff, and Patti Christin, loving grandmother of Lexi, Austin, Ava, and Charley, also survived by many nieces and nephews. Nov. 24, 2017. Age 65 years. Service at Sally's Home, 490 Harrison Ln., Cincinnati, 45244 on Tues. Nov. 28, at 1 PM. Friends may visit at Sally's Home on Tues. from 11 AM to 1 PM.
