Newcomb (nee Paul), devoted father of Donald (Beverly) Newcomb, Connie (Chuck) Smith, Ricky Newcomb, and Randy (Wilma) Newcomb, loving grandfather of Geoffrey, Jennifer, Adam, Monica, Alex, Megan, and Anthony caring great-grandfather of Cody, Colton, Logan, Leah, Sebastian, Briana, and Hunter, dear brother of the late Betty Oatley, Katherine Crooker, and Robert Newcomb. Died, December 4th, 2017. Age 86 years. Residence Mt. Carmel. Proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. Funeral service at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Monday, December 11th at 1 pm. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, from 11 am to 1 pm.
